In this Industrial Mechanical Superintendent opportunity in the Greenville, SC area, you’ll lead multi-crew job sites on mechanical contracting projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million, with most work taking place inside existing industrial facilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Mechanical Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of field experience leading multi-crew operations
- Accountability for safety, schedule, manpower, and labor cost
- Oversee multiple foremen and crews (approximately 15 employees total)
- Control field sequencing and manpower planning
- Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and clients
- Enforce company standards across sites
- Strong background in pipefitting, welding, rigging, millwright work, equipment moves and installation, ductwork, HVAC, and/or metal fabrication
- Preferred: OSHA, rigging, and welding certifications; college degree is a plus
Salary: $45-$53 per hour equivalent, plus overtime, based on experience.
