In this Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity, you’ll help attract and hire qualified candidates across manufacturing, technical, professional, and administrative roles—making a measurable difference in how teams grow and succeed.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position include:
- Two (2) or more years of relevant full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience is required. Recruiting for manufacturing positions highly preferred.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for all levels at both company locations, including hourly production, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, supervisory, professional, and administrative positions.
- Manage the daily operations of the HRIS ATS (Paylocity) to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of applicants through the recruiting workflow.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, review job requirements, develop screening criteria, create job postings, and define candidate qualifications.
- Source and attract qualified and diverse candidates using Paylocity, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, community partners, schools, staffing agencies, direct sourcing, and other effective search methods.
- Interview applicants and evaluate position requirements, work experience, technical skills, behavioral competencies, organizational fit, and team fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation, offer acceptance, follow-up, and onboarding handoff to HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, EEO requirements, recordkeeping requirements, and company policies.
Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Regular health benefits, matching 401k after 6 months (3% match and another one if they do 2%), and paid holidays with PTO (10 days, then 15 after the second year, and 18 on the third year). Tuition reimbursement is also available.
