Qualifications and responsibilities for this Supervisor position include:
- 2–5+ years of construction or remodeling experience; assist in managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to support Project Managers while learning estimating and project coordination
- Experience ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery to job sites
- Comfortable managing 5–10 active jobs simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards are met
- Conduct site visits and provide progress updates to leadership
- Basic estimating knowledge or willingness to learn estimating processes
- Strong communication skills with team members, vendors, and clients
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
