Bring your structural steel leadership to a rapidly growing metals fabrication and installation team based in Ponder, TX, with projects across DFW/North Texas that span industrial, manufacturing, and data center-related work. In this Structural Steel Project Manager opportunity, you’ll manage projects from estimating through completion while coordinating closely with internal teams, fabrication, and field crews.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Steel Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of structural steel project management experience with estimating experience
- Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from cradle to grave
- Support preconstruction efforts with accurate project estimating
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects
- Coordinate project requirements with internal teams, fabrication, field crews, and leadership
- Review drawings to confirm scope alignment and ensure field crews have what they need
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, billing, and payment issues
- Ensure contract compliance, insurance requirements, and safety standards
Salary: $100k base; base salary plus discretionary bonus/incentive plan per year, commensurate with experience.
