A leading industrial technology company is seeking a Sr. Industrial Construction Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ to support a high-profile water purification construction project for the semiconductor industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with deep expertise in water treatment technologies, helping deliver critical infrastructure that supports leading-edge manufacturing and the future of advanced industry.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Industrial Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or semiconductor projects, with at least 5 years of supervision experience.
- Understand the UPW process from design through completion and assist with construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, technicians, system owners, and other project stakeholders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, design documents, and BIM-related project materials.
- Assist with constructability reviews, scheduling, sequencing, RFI review, change orders, and critical path planning.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, safety regulations, OSHA protocols, and quality assurance expectations.
- Experience installing water systems with supporting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- OSHA 30 training, Chinese or Japanese proficiency, associate degree, technical apprenticeship, or bachelor’s degree are preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
