Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Food Forest & Green Infrastructure Construction Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or 5–7 years of relevant landscape construction experience; manage end-to-end construction of multiple food forest projects
- Strong background in landscape construction (parks or similar); oversee contractors to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Ability to read and execute construction drawings; develop buildable plans and make field decisions
- Experience with permitting and zoning; create site plans and ensure regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Suite; support design documentation and base plan development
- Proven project management skills; handle budgets, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Experience coordinating with engineers, utilities, and inspectors; manage infrastructure elements like irrigation and solar systems
- Passion for sustainability and community engagement; collaborate with stakeholders and support public-facing build events
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
