Description
Join a highly reputable construction organization specializing in Design Build and Design Bid Build projects for Federal and State Government Facilities, with a strong presence in Anchorage and work across the Continental United States and OCONUS. This Senior Estimator role offers meaningful autonomy within an established team delivering federal and tribal federally funded projects, including IDIQ and CMACs—an excellent fit for a senior-level estimator ready to take ownership and contribute immediately.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- 5-10 years of estimating experience required
- Federal estimating experience strongly needed
- Ability to estimate across all trades, including civil, electrical, renovations, and full-scope federal/tribal projects
- Experience with federal and tribal federally funded work such as IDIQ and CMACs
- Sage/Timberline estimating experience preferred/needed based on current company tools
- Occasional site visits and the ability to support estimates that may include work in Alaska and the lower 48
- Support a growth hire within an established estimating team
- Strong autonomy in managing estimation responsibilities
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
