Sales/Estimator - Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems opportunity in Chicago, IL! This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales and estimating professional to help drive business across the Greater Chicago market while working on commercial installation, renovation, service, and testing projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales/Estimator - Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems position include:
- 3-5+ years of commercial fire sprinkler experience, including installation, renovation, service, or testing
- Previous sales and estimating experience for commercial fire sprinkler projects is required
- Estimate and sell commercial fire sprinkler projects ranging from $5K to $400K
- Generate new business through networking, canvassing, relationship building, and lead development
- Prepare proposals, deliver quotes, and manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion
- Strong understanding of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25, with NICET certification highly preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceTrade or similar software, plus knowledge of union environments is a plus
- Work Monday through Friday, typically 9-5, with a 50/50 split between office and field work within a 30-mile radius of downtown Chicago
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
