In this Rock Wall Builder / Crew Lead opportunity, you’ll help deliver high-quality rock and retaining wall work using modern equipment and a proven, steady project backlog.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Rock Wall Builder / Crew Lead position include:
- 3–5 years of rock wall and retaining wall construction experience
- Lead a two-person crew and coordinate daily jobsite tasks
- Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and compact track loaders
- Work with hand, power, and engine-powered tools outdoors in all conditions
- Maintain pride in quality, hands-on stonework, and craftsmanship
- Have a team-first attitude with strong communication and work ethic
- Hold a valid driver’s license (CDL strongly preferred) for transporting materials and equipment
- Be willing to handle minor lifting; projects within about 30 miles of Blue Mounds, WI
Salary: $35–$45/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided, with the company covering 75% of health insurance, plus a Roth IRA with up to 3% contribution.
