Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. PM In Land Development position include:
- 12+ years of experience in land development design; 15–20 years is the sweet spot.
- Active PE license (they will be sealing).
- Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
- Provide leadership to engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and high-performance standards.
- Bring business development skills to win work, expand a client portfolio, and cultivate client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to support successful delivery.
- Manage budgets and support market forecasting and strategic planning.
- Lead hiring and onboarding efforts to build and expand the team.
Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
