This exciting Residential Superintendent opportunity is located in Fairfax, VA, with projects throughout Northern Virginia within 50 miles of Fairfax. Join a rapidly growing residential construction company that has been in business since 1996, is known for its great culture and team environment, and specializes in high-quality remodeling, additions, and custom ground-up residential projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience, preferably with remodeling, additions, and ground-up custom home projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and client communication skills with a desire to build top-quality projects.
- Experience in a managerial role with the ability to own and manage projects from start to completion.
- Willingness to use technology and project management applications, including Buildertrend and Bluebeam.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, inspections, homeowner communication, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate trade partner buyout, scheduling, finish material deliveries, building materials, permits, and inspections.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, daily logs, quality control checklists, change orders, and project documentation.
- Hold subcontractors accountable, identify safety and quality concerns, and support a clean, well-managed jobsite.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
