This Residential Construction Production Supervisor opportunity in Ballwin, MO combines on-site leadership, quality inspections, and hands-on coordination across active communities—plus a clear development path toward Project Management.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Production Supervisor position include:
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of supervisory experience; Construction or related industry experience and production experience are preferred.
- Organize construction activities, maintain schedules, and ensure projects meet company timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct jobsite inspections to enforce safety and craftsmanship expectations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials ordering, deliveries/returns, and cost control to keep builds on track and on budget.
- Schedule and attend government inspections; coordinate utility installations (gas, electric, water, sewer) and related services.
- Provide weekly homeowner communication throughout construction and warranty periods, including walkthroughs and warranty work within guidelines.
- Supervise and train Production Assistants, guiding daily field execution and maintaining clean, orderly communities.
- Secure homes at the end of each workday and participate in weekly production meetings.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
