Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Estimator position include:
• Experience in commercial roofing estimation
• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing installation, repair, and replacement
• Conduct roof inspections and evaluate maintenance needs
• Ensure work is updated to meet code requirements
• Support preventive maintenance planning to help extend roof life
• Collaborate with a safety-oriented, fully trained roofing team
• Estimate projects involving Membrane, Modified Bitumen, and BUR systems
• Coordinate with the Metal Roof and Metal Roof Restoration Division when needed
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000+ Base, DOE per year (Bonus Potential), commensurate with experience.
