Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect position include:
- Registered Architect license in Wisconsin; lead conceptual and production drawings for remodels, commercial, medical, and industrial projects
- 7–10+ years of architectural experience; serve as lead architect on small to mid-sized projects and oversee design on larger-scale work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; prepare detailed construction documents and assist with software integration as needed
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction administration; research and apply codes to ensure compliance
- Experience across multiple project types; collaborate with clients to define scope, manage expectations, and deliver cost-effective solutions
- Ability to work independently as a department of one; provide architectural oversight from design through construction administration
- Interest in preconstruction and problem-solving; support budgeting efforts and identify creative, value-driven design solutions
- Strong communication skills; participate in client-facing meetings and occasional municipal approvals
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
