Qualifications and responsibilities for this Self-Perform Project Manager position include:
- 2+ years of project management or construction experience
- Manage commercial construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Prepare estimates, budgets, project buyouts, and cost projections
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track daily costs and production goals
- Coordinate communication between the office, field crews, and onsite superintendents
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
- Maintain project documentation using company software and monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and closeout
- Apply working knowledge of concrete, framing, sitework, and carpentry, including self-performed trade understanding
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
