Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – MEP position include:
- 5+ years managing mechanical and electrical scopes on mission-critical facilities
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, mechanical cooling systems, commissioning, and long-lead equipment procurement
- Manage projects through Levels 1–5 commissioning and integrated systems testing
- Oversee long-lead equipment procurement and hold vendors accountable for required delivery dates
- Coordinate MEP work closely with CSA and OFCI packages on a mission-critical project
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical execution of MEP systems while coordinating with owners, designers, engineers, and trade partners
- Lead proactive coordination to align MEP milestones with CSA sequencing and the overall commissioning schedule
- Maintain a strong, hands-on onsite presence with flexibility for travel and future assignments
