Step into an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager/Estimator in Willoughby, Ohio, with a well-established commercial paving and sitework contractor that has been successfully serving the Greater Cleveland area for 35 years. This is a fantastic chance to join a busy, growing team ahead of peak season, where you will help lead impactful municipal and commercial site development projects involving asphalt paving, concrete work, storm sewer systems, and site utilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager/Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with asphalt, concrete, excavation, or sitework projects
- Ability to read and interpret site plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple short-duration projects
- Coordinate projects from bidding through closeout, including schedules, subcontractors, and materials
- Handle project documentation, including AIA billings and reporting
- Collaborate with field crews and office staff to ensure smooth execution
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Excel preferred; estimating experience is a plus
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
