Join a well-established, specialty construction firm as a Project Manager in Braintree, MA, overseeing terrazzo and tile projects throughout New England. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Construction project management experience required
- Manage all aspects of multiple small to large-scale construction projects throughout New England
- Terrazzo experience preferred to support project planning, execution, and quality control
- Coordinate with superintendents regarding labor and material issues affecting project efficiency
- Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, vendors, and other construction trades
- Order materials and supplies to help maintain project schedules
- Prepare and manage quantity takeoffs, submittals, samples, shop drawing reviews, change orders, and RFI/ASI responses
- Strong organizational, communication, Microsoft Office, and project management software skills required
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
