A well-established, design-forward landscape firm in Dallas is seeking a Landscape Architect - High-End Residential Design to help bring luxury residential outdoor environments to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing, multi-disciplinary team known for creating sophisticated, highly detailed landscapes for estates, custom homes, and premium outdoor living spaces.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect - High-End Residential Design position include:
- Licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required
- 3+ years of landscape architecture experience, with high-end residential or luxury project experience strongly preferred
- Strong design skills with the ability to develop refined concepts, detailed plans, renderings, and construction documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp required; Lumion, Adobe Suite, or similar design software is a plus
- Portfolio required showcasing high-end design work, detailed residential projects, and strong design sensibility
- Collaborate with architects, builders, clients, and interior designers on luxury residential properties
- Select premium materials, plant palettes, hardscapes, finishes, lighting, pools, terraces, gardens, and outdoor living elements
- Client-facing and project management experience is a plus, with the ability to help keep active projects moving forward
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
