This Project Executive opportunity is based in NYC/NJ and is perfect for a seasoned leader who thrives on managing high-end commercial interior projects, building lasting client relationships, and driving complex work to successful completion in one of the most competitive markets in the country.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive position include:
- 15+ years of experience in interior construction, including commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and fit-out projects
- Provide executive-level oversight on multiple interior construction projects across NJ and NYC
- Proven experience managing large-scale interior build-out projects in active and occupied environments
- Lead and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and field staff across multiple project teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and coordination within interior environments
- Support preconstruction efforts, monitor project performance, and proactively resolve risks while fostering collaboration between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, medical, dental, and vision coverage with 85% paid for the individual, 401(k) match up to 6%, 4 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and auto allowance.
