Build your future in a hands-on manufacturing environment where leadership, throughput, and quality truly matter. In this Production Supervisor opportunity, you’ll help drive operational excellence in Lebanon, NH with a Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Supervisor position include:
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience; 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred (may consider 5-10 years of strong metal stamping or fabrication experience in place of direct supervisory experience)
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards
- Monitor productivity, labor utilization, scrap, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Directly supervise production employees and team leaders; manage attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee-development discussions; review and approve employee timecards
- Lead corrective-action efforts and support customer satisfaction through consistent product quality
- Champion lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous-improvement initiatives; support ISO 9001 and Quality Management System compliance
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
