Step into a profitable, close-knit architecture practice in Linwood, NJ where design quality and practical execution go hand in hand. In this Project Architect opportunity, you’ll help lead residential and commercial projects from concept through construction while also supporting day-to-day office business management across a dynamic project pipeline.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Architectural design and production expertise paired with strong business-management skills.
- Lead projects from concept through to construction.
- Support office business management responsibilities.
- Work effectively on residential and commercial projects, including luxury waterfront homes, spec housing, and manufacturing facilities up to 40,000 SF.
- Use ArchiCAD and 3D BIM modeling; strong Revit candidates can be trained on ArchiCAD.
- Maintain local availability for projects across Pinelands, Camden County, Philadelphia, and surrounding shore communities; local driver's license required.
- Be eligible to obtain NJ licensure through initial registration or reciprocity (active NJ registration not required upon hire, with the required five year professional architecture degree or master’s degree).
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
