Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include:
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing. Entry level candidates out of school encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; related degrees may be considered with similar industry experience
- Start as a process engineer working directly on the shop floor with machinery and operators
- Support manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and test departments
- Address challenges with new and existing products or components and improve workflows
- Apply problem-solving to resolve manufacturing issues and enhance production processes
- Design tooling and fixturing and conduct operator training
- Collaborate with production, Quality, sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Salary: $70k - $85k per year, commensurate with experience.
