Bring your drafting skills to a high-impact manufacturing environment in Tulsa where precision starts with 3D rendering and design. This Mechanical Drafter opportunity supports engineering and design across real product development, from sketches and drawings to 3D modeling and production support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Drafter position include:
- 3-10 years of industry experience (consideration for 1-2 years of experience or a technical cert for general drafting as well).
- Strong drafting capability for motors/pumps and mechanical components, including bearings and shafts.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling in Creo Parametric and Solidworks.
- Create sketches and drawings of existing and new parts.
- Support CNC laser table programming (Trump Laser programming is available).
- Ability to work on larger projects, including production support and on-call coverage for a draftsman.
- Show up on time and maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
- Participate in an interview process that may include a shop tour and discussion with the production manager/GM and possibly an engineer.
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Healthcare, vision, dental, 120 hours of PTO and 40 hours of sick time, nine paid holidays, and approximately $350 for benefits, paid weekly. A Christmas bonus is also available based on retention.
