Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Design Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of professional mechanical engineering experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Extensive experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD
- Solid understanding of PDM and PLM systems for engineering documentation and change management workflow
- Knowledge of drafting standards and GD&T (ANSI Y14.5)
- Ability to perform failure analysis, design experiments, and testing for design and product validation
- Create detailed mechanical designs for electro-mechanical systems, assemblies, and components, while supporting prototyping, testing, documentation, and production assembly efforts
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
