Qualifications and responsibilities for this Master Masonry Foreman position include:
- 20+ years of hands-on masonry experience
- Proven experience leading crews on residential masonry projects
- Strong skills in laying brick, block, and natural stone
- Ability to independently run complex masonry projects from mobilization to completion
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Manage crews of 3–6+ masons and laborers while maintaining schedules and job site efficiency
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and internal operations teams
- Assist with takeoffs, material planning, bidding, and sales support when needed
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to job success, a consistent year-round work pipeline, growth opportunities as the company scales, and overtime paid at time-and-a-half (1.5x).
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including quarterly profit-sharing based on actual net profits for eligible full-time employees who work a minimum of 1,850 hours in a calendar year, with bonus percentages varying based on experience and seniority and subject to proration, reduction, or elimination if eligibility requirements are not met; an optional SIMPLE IRA retirement account with employer setup assistance, available after 1 year of employment, with an employer match up to 3% of gross annual compensation; 6 standard paid holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day; and 80 hours of paid vacation for eligible full-time employees who work a minimum of 1,850 hours in a calendar year, available after 90 days of employment, prorated for employees who start after the beginning of the calendar year, with 40 hours available from January through June and the remaining 40 hours available from July through December, with some exceptions applying.
