Bring your manufacturing leadership to a mission-critical operation in Missouri City, TX, where operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture directly impact quality and delivery. In this Manufacturing Plant Manager opportunity, you’ll lead a lean facility through integration and change while building an engaged, high-performing team across core plant functions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Plant Manager position include:
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a Plant Manager or senior operations leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing operations including production, quality, warehouse/supply chain, engineering, and maintenance.
- Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with corporate goals, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, productivity, inventory, labor efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets; partner with Global Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to sustain performance.
Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
