This Traveling Superintendent opportunity is based in Mesa, AZ, with nationwide travel and the chance to lead jobs up to approximately $15 million from preconstruction through closeout.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of Superintendent or field construction management experience.
- Lead multiple commercial and federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee field teams, subcontractors, client relationships, schedules, budgets, and procurement.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and contract compliance.
- Provide day-to-day operational ownership and concise updates to company leadership/CEO.
- Maintain strong OSHA requirements and federal construction standards knowledge.
- Coordinate site logistics, inspections, safety, and quality control.
- Experience with Procore, Site Tracker, and Oracle preferred; ability to travel nationwide as needed.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: No health insurance or 401(k) currently; benefits targeted by year-end. PTO is negotiable.
