In this Maintenance Manager opportunity, you will build and strengthen a maintenance team, establish reliable processes and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement as the operation expands.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Manager position include:
- 5 years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment.
- Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: PTO, immediate health coverage with a large employer contribution, 401(k) with a 5% match after one year, a 3% annual increase, and a performance bonus.
