In this Contracts and Quality Compliance Manager opportunity, you’ll help ensure contract lifecycle excellence and quality system compliance for products with critical space-facing applications, while leading audits and strengthening procedures that keep everything accurate, compliant, and traceable.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Contracts and Quality Compliance Manager position include:
- 3-7 years of government contract administration experience within the DOW/DOE sector, including complex federal contracts
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS and federal procurement regulations
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems, including leading internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Bachelor’s degree required; Certified Professional Contracts Manager or CFCM preferred
- PMP certification listed as required
- Prepare contracts, ensure execution and fulfillment, and manage updates/modifications in line with company policies and customer requirements
- Maintain document control and filing processes; track and document terms and conditions to minimize risk
- Serve as the Company’s Quality System Management Representative, oversee QMS effectiveness, mentor a Quality Engineer, and monitor KPIs
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision are offered with Anthem HMO/PPO options; the company pays 90% of employee premium for the lowest-cost plan, with eligibility approximately 60-90 days depending on start date; vacation and sick time are provided; and there is an annual December bonus based on company/individual performance.
