In this Skilled Carpenter / Residential Craftsman opportunity, you’ll support renovations, remodels, and rental-property repairs with the autonomy to run projects while staying actively involved in the work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Skilled Carpenter/Residential Craftsman position include:
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry and renovation experience
- Complete residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish
- Perform framing, general carpentry, flooring, insulation, drywall/sheetrock, and light plumbing
- Handle rental property repairs, fixture replacements, change-outs, and general maintenance
- Work independently with limited supervision and keep projects progressing on schedule
- Coordinate and oversee other carpenters or small crews when assigned (leadership preferred)
- Maintain quality workmanship and an organized, safe jobsite
- Respond to periodic emergency/on-call repair needs and support pre-construction activities as needed
Salary: $35–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
