In this Automation Technician opportunity, you’ll help keep multiple automation lines running strong while supporting expanding U.S. manufacturing operations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Automation Technician position include:
- Approximately 3 years of robotics, automation, or mechanical technician experience
- Troubleshoot non-functioning components including sensors and control components
- Maintain and replace automation systems at key points in the production process
- Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality
- Partner with vendors to resolve repairs or malfunctions on the automation line
- Complete daily production needs from the floor supervisor
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to reduce vendor dependence and build preventive maintenance programs
- Hold the team working with automation equipment accountable for all OSHA, state, and local safety and environmental standards
Salary: $30.00 - $34.00 Hourly
Benefits: PTO plus sick time; immediate health coverage with a large employer contribution; 401(k) with 5% match after one year; annual performance bonus.
