Bring your restoration expertise to a fast-moving operation serving homeowners and businesses across the Milwaukee Metro. In this Lead Restoration Technician opportunity in Menomonee Falls, WI, you’ll partner closely with the Project Manager on water mitigation, mold, and fire/smoke restoration projects that help customers get back to normal.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Restoration Technician position include:
- 3 years of residential or commercial restoration experience
- Partner with the Project Manager on water mitigation, mold, and fire/smoke restoration projects
- Support restoration activities from start to finish to help ensure quality outcomes
- Handle work effectively during scheduled hours and on an on-call rotation every 4–8 weeks
- Maintain strong jobsite professionalism while working with homeowners and businesses
- WRT certification preferred
- Valid work authorization and ability to travel as needed with a company vehicle provided during work hours
Salary: $20-$30/hour, plus overtime.
