Description
Build your future with an established organization offering a hands-on HVAC Manager opportunity working in the commercial HVAC field throughout Chester County, PA. This position blends leadership with daily technical diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation work as part of a well-established in-house operation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Manager position include:
- 8–10 years of commercial HVAC experience, including 3–5 years of management experience.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate HVAC service technicians while coordinating departmental scheduling and materials.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and RTUs.
- Install and replace pumps, pneumatic valves, electric valves, WSHPs, ERUs, and RTUs.
- Strong knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy-management software.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on major mechanical equipment and assess operating efficiency.
- Coordinate projects with outside contractors and order and secure materials as needed.
- Complete required paperwork, time entry, and system requirements accurately and on time while complying with health and safety regulations.
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
