Build your future as an Owner’s Authorized Representative I in Los Angeles, CA, supporting long-term K-12 and educational facility construction projects for one of the largest school districts in the country. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Owner’s Authorized Representative I position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field; CCM credential may substitute for required education
- Minimum of 10 years of full-time professional experience in construction and/or project and construction management for commercial and/or public/educational facility construction
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects valued in excess of $10 million
- Manage and oversee all phases of assigned projects including pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out
- Review design documents, specifications, budgets, schedules, payments, and contractor change orders to ensure project success
- Coordinate with public agencies, client staff, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Administer professional service agreements and monitor project close-out, financial completion, and deliverables
- Experience with Design-Build, BIM, LEED/CHPS, DSA processes, OSHA 30, or licensure as an Architect/Engineer is a plus
Salary: $180,000 - $198,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
