Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Project Architect position include:
- 5+ years of experience in architecture with healthcare project experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; licensure is required, and candidates able to obtain reciprocity are highly valued
- Revit proficiency required, with healthcare equipment knowledge considered important
- Assist in developing project delivery strategies and preparing construction cost estimates
- Coordinate and direct the project team through site, building, code, and systems analysis
- Prepare alternative design solutions and coordinate all aspects of the design with the project team
- Ensure owner criteria, project deliverables, documents, and schedules are met across all disciplines
- Lead and participate in client and team meetings while helping mentor and develop younger staff talent
Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
