This General Manager opportunity oversees the Tallmadge facility and leads engineering accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across a high-performing team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager position include:
- 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience, with engineering and production leadership experience
- Lead Engineering and the Product Manager through the AAG product-management process from idea generation through final production build
- Keep engineering initiatives on time and within budget, including quarterly planning and execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Implement continuous-improvement processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Ensure production teams complete orders on time as promised to customers
- Develop and mentor the management team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Maintain strong customer relationships, address issues promptly, and drive customer-centric improvements
Salary: $150K–$180K base + 15% performance bonus per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA option with company contributions up to $3,650 annually; company-paid life/AD&D and short-term disability insurance; 10–20 days of paid vacation based on tenure; 5 paid floater days annually after 90 days; and additional voluntary insurance options. Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Relocation assistance may be considered.
