Bring your demolition and environmental expertise to a growing contractor delivering safe, profitable work across the Carolinas, with a team culture built for long-term success. In this Estimator / Project Manager opportunity, you’ll support projects from pre-construction through closeout while partnering closely with clients, Operations, and field teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator/Project Manager position include:
- 3+ years of construction estimating and project management experience (candidates without PM experience may be considered with substantial estimating experience on projects valued at $200K+).
- Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather project information.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
- Prepare labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing; develop proposals, budgets, and RFP responses.
- Manage demolition and environmental remediation projects from award through closeout, including schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources; monitor costs, production, profitability, and schedule performance.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus project-based commission, commensurate with experience.
