Engineering Manager will lead technical initiatives, mentor staff, and help drive successful delivery on complex projects that shape real-world outcomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager - Environmental position include:
- Lead, manage, and mentor engineering staff to support team growth and performance
- Oversee project execution, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and staffing
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide technical leadership by guiding engineering approaches and solutions using industry best practices
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation
- Provide strategic insight on environmental regulations, policies, and industry trends
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; ideally Ohio PE
- 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering and project management experience in environmental consulting
Salary: $122,139 - $219,801 per year, commensurate with experience.
