Experience cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing in a fast-paced R&D environment where process safety, quality, and productivity are built into every project. In this Technology Development Engineer opportunity, you’ll help discover, evaluate, develop, and integrate advanced manufacturing and process technologies in Kent, OH, collaborating across R&D, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technology Development Engineer position include:
- Real-world engineering and/or process development experience
- Experience working with chemicals in a laboratory or production environment.
- Experience with process controls, sensors, data collection, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to learn new technology and apply technical concepts to drive process improvement.
- Experience conducting experiments using scientific methods such as design of experiments, data collection/analysis, and drawing conclusions from data.
- Experience connecting sensors or analytical equipment using various communication protocols.
- Highly functional in Microsoft Word and Excel, with proficiency in other MS Office products.
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, C++, etc.) or control system platform (Siemens or Allen-Bradley).
Salary: $115k-$130k per year, commensurate with experience.
