Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction is a great opportunity to help drive bids from takeoff through labor calculations, with a collaborative culture and accessible leadership.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction position include:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (less may be considered for an outstanding candidate)
- Commercial electrical estimating experience and strong electrical knowledge to estimate independently
- Must have experience with Accubid (or similar platforms such as ConEst)
- Ability to complete takeoffs and labor calculations accurately
- Prepare complete commercial estimates from takeoff through labor calculations
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates
- Support bids for commercial projects including schools, offices, retail, and light industrial work
- Handoff clean estimate details to the project management team after award
Salary: $100K-$150K per year plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.
