This Construction Superintendent (Multi-Family) opportunity is based in St. Petersburg, FL, and offers the chance to take ownership of ground-up apartment projects with a company that values partnership, performance, and an ownership mentality across the team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent (Multi-Family) position include:
- 7+ years of construction experience and 3+ years as a Superintendent
- Proven experience delivering multifamily construction projects, ideally 50 to 250 units
- Strong experience with CMU structural systems and field execution for ground-up builds
- Manage daily jobsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule execution
- Lead subcontractor meetings, enforce accountability, and maintain construction momentum
- Oversee safety compliance, jobsite organization, and adherence to OSHA standards
- Coordinate inspections, ensure compliance with plans and building codes, and maintain quality control
- Assist with subcontractor procurement, vendor coordination, punch lists, and project closeout
Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
