Build your future with a construction team delivering high-impact asphalt and paving work in Bucyrus, KS. This Construction Project Manager (Asphalt/Paving) opportunity combines hands-on project leadership with strong customer and subcontractor collaboration in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Prior experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred, but not required.
- Manage projects from the bidding phase through to project closeout and billing.
- Prepare and submit bids and generate quotes for a range of projects, including Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations, and Commercial/Retail Managers.
- Communicate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
- Participate in required industry training and development; assist with corporate marketing initiatives and identify sales leads and opportunities.
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
