A growing construction company is seeking a Residential Remodel Project Manager in Cartersville, GA, supporting projects throughout the Atlanta metro area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hands-on, ownership-driven team specializing in residential remodeling, additions, carpentry, hardscape/landscape work, custom steel work, and light commercial projects ranging from $25K to $1.5M.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Remodel Project Manager position include:
• 3+ years of experience managing residential remodeling, renovation, or addition projects
• Manage 3–5 active projects from pre-construction through closeout, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client communication
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors across multiple trades, ensuring scope verification and field performance
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct quality inspections, enforce workmanship standards, and lead jobsite safety efforts
• Serve as the primary client contact with weekly updates, walk-throughs, and timely communication
• Experience with construction software such as JobTread, Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Strong field presence, organization, communication skills, and understanding of residential construction methods, codes, and sequencing
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
