Description
Commercial Plumbing Foreman opportunity in Westminster, CO, with projects throughout the Denver metro area! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial plumbing contractor with a strong team environment, in-house advanced learning classes, hands-on management support, and a steady pipeline of tenant improvement, ground-up, retrofit, restaurant, medical, educational, and light commercial projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Plumbing Foreman position include:
- 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience with a valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license registered with DORA.
- Experience leading light commercial projects, tenant improvements, ground-up steel construction, retrofits, underground plumbing, and MEP coordination.
- Serve as a working foreman leading approximately 2-5 plumbers on assigned project sites.
- Read blueprints, perform layout, material takeoffs, inventory control, manpower planning, and quality control.
- Complete daily reports, progress updates, time/cost code approvals, and timekeeping using Buildertrend.
- Train crew members on the job while maintaining strong communication with project managers, field leadership, and team members.
- Manage project budgets, materials, schedules, labor hours, and turnover expectations.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive a personal vehicle to job sites throughout the Denver metro area.
Salary: $45 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience.
