Description
Step into a high-impact opportunity as a Commercial HVAC Lead in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where you will help launch and grow a fast-expanding commercial HVAC division serving property managers, commercial building owners, and multi-family operators. This is a rare chance to become the founding commercial hire at an established company, giving you real influence over operations, hiring, customer service strategy, and the long-term success of an exciting new business vertical.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Lead position include:
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience in maintenance, service, and installation
- Lead commercial HVAC service operations including service calls, preventive maintenance, maintenance contracts, and emergency repairs
- Proven track record managing commercial HVAC projects, service accounts, equipment replacements, and retrofit work from estimation through completion
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across commercial HVAC systems, with the ability to recommend solutions and ensure code-compliant work
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service and high satisfaction
- Help recruit, train, and develop additional commercial technicians and support staff as the division grows
- Establish processes, workflows, and best practices to support scalable commercial operations and improved efficiency
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; ability to pass a background check and drug screen, with a Class A or B license considered a plus
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
