Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Coordinator position include:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating
- Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems
- Viewpoint software experience preferred (other estimating software is acceptable)
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Prepare accurate bids, proposals, and cost budgets for HVAC projects
- Conduct site walks and attend project meetings for coordination
- Contact vendors/subcontractors for pricing and develop RFI's and change orders
- Maintain and grow relationships with GC’s and other industry professionals
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, and paid time off (5 vacation days, 6 sick days in the first year, totaling 11 days).
