This CNC Swiss Operator opportunity offers steady day-shift hours, modern Citizen and Star Swiss machines, and the guidance you need from a dedicated Swiss Department supervisor.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Swiss Operator position include:
- One to two years of manufacturing experience with CNC control experience required; CNC Swiss experience preferred, but training may be provided
- Operate Citizen or Star Swiss machines
- Interchange cutting tools within Star Swiss machines
- Continuously load the bar feeder throughout the shift and produce parts according to DCP requirements
- Perform tool changes at scheduled intervals and monitor/maintain machine fluid levels
- Perform preventive maintenance and report higher-level machine issues to the supervisor
- Follow all necessary work instructions and procedures established by the company’s QMS and ISO requirements, including daily quality updates
- Use basic computer proficiency for email, recordkeeping, Microsoft Office, and the company’s ERP system
Salary: $25–$35 per hour.
