Bring your manufacturing skills to a fast-paced, quality-focused environment in Berea, where precision production and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. In this CNC Mill Operator opportunity, you’ll run production CNC machines on a day shift schedule and help ensure parts meet quality standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Mill Operator position include:
- Three years of experience using production machines
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding materials, problem-solving, and when outside assistance is needed
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents
- Runs production mill machines
- Maintains good-quality products
- Makes tool offsets and changes tooling when needed
- Properly inspects products and reports issues to the CNC Department Lead
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
