CNC Programmer (Lathe Programming / Mastercam) is an opportunity to program high-impact CNC machining—primarily lathe and mill-turn work—on modern equipment with tight tolerances and real prototype-to-production impact.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer (Lathe Programming / Mastercam) position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming experience (10+ years preferred).
- Mastercam experience is required.
- Strong CNC lathe programming experience; mill experience is a plus.
- Experience programming mill-turn style machines.
- Set-ups and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances (typically within a few thousandths).
- Experience with Mazak is a plus; Haas milling experience is a plus.
- Composite machining experience is preferred; Fanuc controls experience is beneficial.
Salary: $82,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
